I made this mod as a simple modpack. But at this point its purpose is to torture me. I play with 5% research and 30% set for all threat and all chance to die options for custom storyteller settings. I always start with one single pawn falling from space and landing as tribal with nothing. With this modpack you can not (by default) control your pawns, tell them who the leader is, or pick your research. The time settings are set to 300% to make the day longer but I disable the option to make jobs take longer. The tech tree is crazy. There are multiple ways to do the same thing. This is on purpose. The game will take months to get to the space age. The game will never end. It just keeps going and going. But you will never get there. This modpack will eat you alive. But it also gives you the tools to overcome all these challenges.
