Description
The recently established trade city of Morrows Deep has been locked away from outsiders for unknown reasons. Your party has escorted a caravan across the badlands seeking entry, only to be denied. As a region known for old remnants of manacalon civilization buried below its surface, you will brave the underworld to solve this mystery.

Details: This is a full campaign and is a 'soft' sequel to The Forsaken Isle (link down below). You do NOT need to have played that campaign in order to follow the story here, but there are recurring plot elements, some returning characters, and it will be a better experience overall. The player party is an entirely different set of characters starting at level 1.
Link to The Forsaken Isle : https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2867325315

Duration: Should last roughly 35 hours on average. A lot of content is optional. (If you are playing on harder difficulties, this may take considerably longer)

Levels: Starts at level 1 and ends at level 15 with all possible experience accrued.

Difficulty: The difficulty is intended to be moderate (on authentic). Anyone looking for a seasoned challenge should try Scavenger difficulty or higher. (If you are using the Unfinished Business mod with the level cap raise, consider raising difficulty parameters after you reach the level cap.)

Suggestions: A balanced party is likely best but nothing is necessary. At least one class capable of area of effect spells would be highly recommended but there are wands and magic artifacts on vendors and in exploration to help with this as well.

Special Considerations:
-A wand of identify is available on vendors and one found in exploration.
-A periapt of the master enchanter (enables crafting if attuned) is available on a vendor as well.
-Crafting is fully implemented but isn't necessary
-There are numerous custom weapons
-There are several side quests
-Charisma skills like persuasion, intimidation, and deception are used throughout the campaign
-Save often, especially prior to entering a full party teleporter

Known Bugs:
*If you are playing multiplayer, if the ending lore on leaving the final area does not properly transition you to allow for exporting characters, try saying 'No' on the prompt. If that doesn't work, going through on single player, saving, then loading up back in multiplayer will work. Its a base game bug for any exit that has lore text attached.*

A follow up campaign to Morrows Deep is here. The Red Crow: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3074665840

There is now a six man version of this module: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2956040726

@Patrick, depends on where you are at and at what level. Lots of areas can be accessed early, especially places like the Legion's Respite which is an optional endgame dungeon. If you go in there as early as level 8 or so then you'll likely get torn apart.

If the main quest path is too hard then you can always turn the difficulty down and I'd definitely double check that the difficulty parameters aren't stuck on scavenger or something higher as there can (used to be?) a display bug with changing difficulties. I'd have to check but I believe the Risen Bowman has +10 and not +11, which might mean it is on scavenger.

The archers are there to accentuate the cover system and stacking high AC on one character and using dodge in proper positioning is usually enough to get through the campaign on authentic. It depends on the party and synergy.

I was enjoying this, but enemies are now too powerful or I am under-powered. They all have +10/+11 to hit (the regular ones, not boss types), while my best AC is 23 for paladin (+2 if I waste concentration - and a spell slot - on shield of faith). Others have 17AC (wiz), 19AC rogue, 20 AC cleric. 5e bounded accuracy means that each +1 to hit is hugely important - at level 10 I should not see that many enemies who have that to hit. And almost all have resistances and do insanely high damage. Risen archer 4d8....from an arrow ?? +11, so they only need an average roll to hit anyone except paladin. If you have 2-3x your party size attacking you, high to hit is a recipe for death. Am I missing something? Am I supposed to be higher level? I am playing on 'normal rules' (authentic mode and have no mods).

Thanks Artyoan, I will check!

Hi SG1. That is likely the room associated with a quest boss. You need to talk with Maribeth in the cabin in the woods forest area north of the starting eastern forest zone to start her quest to find her sister. Then find her again in the Northern Woodlands cemetery area. Then once again talk to her within the Legion's Respite and a portal should activate to the final encounter.

Hi, I played the MD mulyplayer campaign with my girlfriend and we really enjoy it. We are going to kill the final boss but we were not able to complete Legion's Respite due probably to a bug. We defeated every monster in the area, revelead the 2 portals room and rest but one last room is still unrevealed (we see the magical effects in the fog of war but cannot get access to that room). Does anyone know how to get there?

Thanks 半缘修道 . Good to hear you enjoyed them both! Trying to go as long as possible before another long rest is my preferred way to play. Can make for some really chaotic and desperate choices but it's worth it to me.

Between Unfinished Business and custom campaigns the value in Solasta is pretty incredible. I also chose subclasses I hadn't played for testing them, so long as I felt I had a good synergy and wasn't too overpowered.

If you liked both of these then you will very likely enjoy The Red Crow. Thanks for the feedback. Makes my day to hear it.

I've played your "The Forsaken Isle"and"Morrows Deep" campaigns(in Scavenger difficulty) in one sitting. These were the best mods I have ever played. Thank you for such a great gaming experience.
Mods have some challenges. But thank for Solasta's merciful judgement on stealth, the complex combat terrain and the powerful subclasses and feats provided by Unfinished Business, the battles are not that difficult.
I've used two completely different (4-men)teams to get through each of the two mods, and I basically only went on long rest when I'm leveling-up :)
I can't wait to play your third mod "the Red Crow" now. The bad news is that, I tend to form teams with subclasses which I haven't played - but there aren't many (which seemingly powerful enough) left. I don't know if I'll ever be able to make a reasonable enough team ......
Anyway, thanks again for your brilliant work!

@Aldo, I think if you're going with all four of the same class then some creative combat is in order from time to time.
