My profile picture is a commission done by: https://www.furaffinity.net/user/fangthefox . The custom Pokesona belongs to me. Anyone else using it has stolen it, and is in copyright violation- as it is a personal paid work of art. Usage requires permission from both the artist and client.

No. But it's too much trouble to change an established username.
