I managed to get through half of solstice up until the refuge part where I have to interact with the vault, problem is from the guides and pics I have seen the vault 's light bulbs glow 0 and they say that I have to enter a password but the vault light bulbs n my game isn't glowing and I can't enter the password. Anyone know why? can this be considered a bug? Will like to receive help on this since I recently bought this game....

I already finished the game, and already deleted the file, but nothing happened! My save is still on the game even when i deleted the file

Like when I try to go to the bathroom it says that the door is locked, But I looked all around the room and found no item (also yes im a new to the game-)
