IT'S THE X360 VERSION, I REPEAT IT'S THE X360 VERSION WITH IMPROVED GRAPHICS.

EDIT: Ok, honeymoon phase is over. In a more serious note I can say Ninja Gaiden 2 Black is an amazing game, All the options are worthy of a PC port and the game runs smooth without any serious graphical issues. There are a couple of rough edges, specially in the City episodes, but generally the game looks amazing 90% of the time. If this is the future of how NG games will look, I'm excited. Characters look amazing and the environments are memorable and beautiful.

It's not a 1:1 recreation of the Xbox 360 version, but that doesn't make this game any less amazing. Don't let purists ruin your experience. Enemy count has been increased, dismemberment is back and most of the content in Sigma has been brought back. I can confidently say this is the best version of NG2 because it's playable on PC.
