Elite Dangerous: Horizons

First please note: This review is my own opinion and I am fully aware of any bugs or controversies.

There are so many [New] additions to this game from the Base Elite Dangerous, so I will be placing the most important points below in a table.

My Opinion
The Universe
The Universe in Elite Dangerous itself is HUGE as F**K with over 400 Billion Star Systems at least, but now with the addition of Planetary Landings the time you spend in each System is greatly increase
Planetary Landings
A new addition from the base game, this is a great feature and increases the roleplay and play time within the game! Find a nice star system, find a planet... LAND! So simple
The RolePlay
You have all the freedome of the universe, SERIOUSLY. Anything from a Trader, Bounty Hunter and Explorer! Pretty much anything you can think of, you can pretty much do it.
Graphics
Awesome really!!.. Everything looks so good, polished and well DAMN LOVELY! Stars and Systems and lovely and seemless not many busg with graphics, but really something beautifully grafted with care! Game runs very well on most lower end GPU's/ CPU's.
Multiplayer
Its basically an MMO, well it is!... Which I suppose is OK, im more a sigle player person but you can have the option to play "Solo" with AI and NO real life players. But if you like to play with real people you can choose "Open" and "Group" for friends.
Overall Review [So Far]
This game is a total masterpiece and totally worth the buy, I can understand some will say its a ripoff for the price, but thats their on opinion. I on the other hand, more than happy to pay the £40-50 for the Beta and full release of Horizons! and I will be giving this game a 9/10 or 80/100 for a more detailed number.

    My first time loading this game was unreal.. I couldn't grasp the controls and watching the Tuts didn't really help me well enough. So Youtube was more of a little help to me for the few hours.

    After "Mastering" the controls and ventuved out of the System Kremainn from Wholer Terminal and headed for a lovely planet ring called Kremainn 3. All I had was a terribly kitted out Sidewinder and to say the least I hated that ship!! WITH A PASSION!!

    After playing around I ventured back to Youtube to find videos on how to "Make $$$$ Million an Hour" and well it worked! (I'll let you find your own way to making money!) Got myself a good 3-5 Million Credits of bounties and bought a new ship at Wholer. After kitting the Cobra Mk III with a bunch of great weapons, and shield boosters I headed back to rinse and repeat!

    After many... MANY hours sadly grinding the bounties I had enough for a Type 6 Trading ship. Kitted that out with a great FSD and such and lots of cargo space. I decided to start Trading. (Keep in mind I had well over 20 maybe 30 hours already committed) Found a great website that showed good trading routes and started going back and forth buying and selling slaves, good, metals anything really!

    After many hours doing that I got bored... Wanted something more spectacular todo.. Sooo I got myself an ASP Explorer, obviously with the name suggests... I wanted to Explore a little of Elite Dangerous's MILLIONS of systems! Got my S**T together and a friend to come along (Which seems totally pointless as he had a Coba MK III that had a jump of 15 LY and my ASP had 30 LY) he came along and we started to head towards the centre of the Universe. Which from Kremainn itself is over 25000 LY I think, to put that into perspective 400LY took me alone 15 - 20 Min. Its along way! But we never made it anyways, got around 1000 LY and turned back.

    That was when I kinda stopped playing for a while. In total I had 300 Hours in Elite Dangerous and I was slowly drifting away.

    UNTIL! I got Elite Dangerous: Horizons Beta in! Downloaded that bad boy and WAW!

    Lets just say such a small thing maybe to land on a planet totally changed the game, I could spend maybe 20 Min in a system scanning all the planets, Stars and such. But now Im spending well over a few hours on a single planet itself! Exploring is near impossible for me at the moment! Theres just too much todo, but really its something you need to see for yourself.

    As of this moment I'm writing this im in the Orions Nebula on a planet with my ASP and SRV Buggy exploring a planet with a system of at least 15 other planets able to land on. I've been there for well over 3 Hours gathering rocks and booty! give or take 3 hours per planet thats at least 45+ Hours in this system if I decide to explore them all.

    Thats my story up until 21/DEC/15.

    Before I finish up this review, I ask of you..
    Visit the Sol System thats where Earth is, you will need to get a Permit from the Federation but its worth it anyways! You will never be able to visit every SINGLE place in the game, I'm more than sure its impossible but dont forget that!

    So have fun guys and I hope you enjoyed my review and Story!
