1) make the flashlight static, since the weapon doesn't have a flashlight attached to the barrel.
2) reduce the weapon sway while walking.
The first bullet being placed directly into the chamber for the reload is a fantastic detail

Those should help. I'd add that you'd be best to use Crowbar to de-compile/compile models instead of MDLDecompiler. Crowbar wasn't around when most of the tutorial were written.
