Notice: After an extended absence I'll be looking to update Swim Clear to support newer maps such as Lost Island / Fjordur. If you're using Swim Clear on maps that are sub optimal please provide some feedback. It's easy to work with Maps that are present in the Devkit, but i'll do what I can.

Can you do this on Atlas easily?

alas i can't get this to work on lost island... the mask overlay works, but not the fog-removing mask modes. is anyone else able to get that to work, so maybe i'm just doing it wrong?

Just out of curiosity, has anyone tested this on Fjordur? I will be testing it tonight to test.

If that thing about ECO is true then why did we just get the Highland homes mod?

@tily_lass no, the author has stated several times they arent. its been 5 years since last update so i wouldnt count on it

@PureSpirit yeah it's a big loss for the whole modding community, she said she'll keep the mods but no longer update them or make new ones.

Today I found out that Eco has left the modding, because toxic people harass her day in and out with negativity about her mods and it has broken her. It makes me sad to hear and I hope she gets better soon.

I just wanted to say that me, my brother and nephew love and appreciate ALL the work you do for the modding community for Ark. I wish more people would tell all of you modders that what you are doing is great! And not complain and ♥♥♥♥♥ about things you get for free.

sure seems broken to me. i'm on crystal isles and even after updating the ini to increase the range of the mask, there is barely any difference between it and no mask at all. slightly crisper colors and everything, but the fog persists, rendering it useless to me.

This mod is confirmed working on Valguero, for anyone who's wondering.

No need to update, still works great on all maps I've used, which is all the official and most of the popular modded maps.

Any chance this will be updated for Val? I depend on this mod for being able to do any water stuff since I have a phobia of dark water. I really wanna be able to explore that part of the map =(

It does work on Valguero, but it's got a green tint to it. Please consider adding an option for "no tint"? The reason is that the underwater stuff is colorful, and if the water were just clear it would be quite awesome-looking. Thanks for modding this! tint and all, it's one of my must-have mods.

While this mod is wonderful, it doesn't count for giving you toxic cave gas immunity. Any chance that could be fixed?

Great mod, but you added the option for blue tint. Though there is no screenshot showing the effects of this.

I have used this mod on modded maps and it works amazingly :D I tried crystal clear on our modded map and it wasn't working. So I tried this one out and I gotta say its amazing! I love the option to also be able to adjust the clearness of the water in the .ini settings :D

I have a review of it I just did if you want to see HOW much this improves underwater :D actually looks like water, where crystal clear is like you're swimming through air :P

I have this set to 4.0 in .ini settings which is max clarity :D

Has anyone attempted using this on the Amissa map?

@Bushcrafter - You need to set up the ini file correctly or it will look default. We have ours set to super clear at far distance. Calling this a fake mod is fake news.
