Reduced the RepairKit recipe to produce 5 kits, and scaled the ingredients to compensate. This effectively doubles the time required to make a kit.

Removed the fixed MarketValue from RepairKits. The original value came from the A15 days, the prices were changed since then, and now Rimworld can derive the value of an item from the recipe. In vanilla Rimworld, RepairKits now have a base market value of $18.

Changed: Some time ago the abstract defs stopped being instanced, so now mods can reference Core defs. All abstract defs were removed.
Fixed: Error with trying to haul zero-count ingredients.
