Another attempt at fixing a specific error that just won't go away

Fixed poison headcrabs thrown by poison zombies attacking VJ base zombies.

Added a setting to make zombies infect humans (disabled by default).
Added a new hook,
headcrabtakeoverbeforecreatezombiehook - (target, damage)
which runs before a headcrab latches onto a victim. Return false to stop the process entirely.

Added settings for:
Making the takeover animation seamlessly transition into a ragdolled state. The ragdoll will later transform into a zombie.
Allowing headcrabs to take over ragdolls / dead bodies.
Making all zombies always use a custom bonemerge (this prevents HL2 NPCs from using sabrean skins)

Zombines can now be spawned as long as their model exists, meaning you can now use an addon that adds the zombine into the game instead of necessarily owning the half life 2 episodes in order to see them in this mod.

Flinch animations for zombies and zombines will happen as long as their model has the required animations (previously they would only work if sabrean's mod was installed)

Added option to hide classic and fast zombie heads on custom zombie bonemerges.
Added blood to custom zombie bonemerges.

Added new attack for the Half-Life Resurgence Gonome, allowing it to spawn baby headcrabs. Players can use this attack by pressing E.
This attack can also be disabled entirely in the settings.
