Place the Barotrauma mod at the bottom of the mod list
also set the EuropaWaifu mods in the order here

Load order
1. EuropaWaifu++ patches
2. EuropaWaifu++
3. Other mods

restart the game after applying the mods

MUST READ! IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
Due to the waste infection from Barotraumatic Creature Pack now being included here, the game will have issues enabling both mods at the same time due to a bug with affliction overrides. To get both mods working you need to:

First enable the Barotraumatic Creature Pack and hit "Apply"
Then enable DynamicEuropa and hit "Apply" again.

This step has to be repeated sometimes when restarting the game as well! This will hopefully get fixed soon. A bug report has been sent to the devs.
