[WOTC] No Drop Down Lists: Core Room Bar Recovery

This is an extension of No Drop Down Lists for the Core Room BAR Slots !! Finally !!
Note again this is only the Bar slots, the Living Quarters Bond Slots are just too complex to do a No Drop Down List for ... and the Engineering Power Slots already have it !??!

No config options needed.
This one has a config option. An option to make the bar slots auto-magically fill up.
On by default.

No known issues.
Technically does NOT require No Drop Down Lists but why use this without that?
The original controller enabled mod covers the GTS and Psi Lab slots (and pre-wotc infirmary).

Use No Drop Down Lists: CI Bridge for the Covert Infiltration GTS Slots.
Use No Drop Down Lists: Gene Mods Bridge for the Gene Mods Slots.
Use No Drop Down Lists: Infirmary Traits for the WOTC Infirmary Remove Traits Slot
Use No Drop Down Lists: Psi Bridge for Psi Overhaul V3 slots.

Psionics Ex Machina, Expanded Robotic Facility, and many other slots use No Drop Down Lists as default and do not require plugins.
