[WOTC] Extended Personnel Info Redux

Description
What is this?
This mod is my personal redux of Extended Personnel Info by Astral Descend.
Made and released with permission.

This mod adds useful info such as soldier bond details, skills and loadout to personnel screens.
The 'wings' of the soldier lists ...

Features
  • Added some colours to the Headers and SubHeaders
  • FIXED: Strings are now exposed to localisation.
  • Quick access to bond details such as level, progress and bond mate class when bonded (otherwise 2 clicks are needed + 2 to go back to armory)
  • Quick access to best bond candidates (sorted either by progress or by compatibility) when not bonded (otherwise 2-4 clicks are needed + 2 to go back to armory)
  • Show portrait in case you don't remember names but remember the looks
  • Shows quick access to Psi Offence, Strength, AP and XP stats.
  • Shows Combat Intelligence with new icon and colour coded to level.
  • Shows current equipment with attachments, including PCS slot
  • Loadout order of large slots can be config adjusted
  • Shows perks with names, not only icons. Particularly useful when preparing for a specific mission especially with class mods such as RPGO or ABB (that uses perk roulette) or Amalgamation
  • FIXED: Overflow of perks/traits now cuts correctly and auto-scrolls if past the background.
  • FIXED: Special limited display on Squad Manager or LWOTC Squad Manager screens.
The best part is that this info is available at all times, even when you cannot go into the soldier screen (for example when the soldier is deployed on covert op or when you are selecting people for mission/covert op)

Compatibility
NOT to be used with the original , you should be able to replace without any issues.

I highly suggest pairing this mod with;Screenshots may also include mods which aren't required for this one to work ...

Compatibility with other mods: should be no conflicts.
Can be enabled and disabled freely at any time.
Config: a few things but nothing major.

Hihi. Thank you so much for exposing the order listings of the full width slots in configs. Really appreciate it lotssss. Everywhere in the game, be it base game's equipment loadout UI, or RJSS and even Iridar's Loadout Manager... the order is always Armor > Primary Weapon > Secondary Weapon > etc etc etc.

After 3 months...I'd finally realize that I can re-order them to the above format too for consistency purposes. And to stop my eyes from jumping around to look for that damn Armor slot. LOL >.< Cheersssss.

That is an issue with DSL (and the old DSL at that!) and the Dark MOCX Author not setting his icons to the correct size. I would bring that to the attention of the MOCX author ...

Dark Templar from "Proficiency Plugin: The MOCX Initiative Factions" got a super big icon. Is this something you can control or need to report to the MOCX author?

Many Thanks for the translations work! I will place them into the source mods as they get updated! Modders are always on the lookout for good translations! I only know English and Bad English. :)

As I prefer to play this game fully translated into my native language, I usually create translations into German for all mods I'm using. Except those only adding soldier customization options.
Over the years I'm playing XCOM 2 now, I also created translations for some of your mods.

Just in case you want to include it directly into your mods, you can download a zip file with the corresponding files using the following link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1dJNQwfOf99G1OJYetucQtMCa-u1bxyQT/view?usp=sharing

That zip file contains mod folders with the ".deu" files for the German translations and the original ".int" files I used as reference.

Beside of that, keep up your good work.

I hated the overlap too. But now I realize I really miss knowing the compatibilities - you now have to jump back to the main soldier list to check who's compatible before assigning to a squad. It actually makes the task of creating squads very very cumbersome. That being said, you take your time, you've already done SO MUCH.

Not at the moment.. I removed it because I really hated the UI overlap .. I'm working on 'moving' the information to another panel/area for the Squad Manager view .. but "real life" has me pretty busy at the moment....

[LWOTC] Really miss the popup with the compatible soldiers on the left in squad management view. Any way to bring it back via ini edit?

Well, yeah.. like I said nothing outside of LWotC can get the officer rank. But by disabling DSL Redux, you've also lost: The second page details, the better layout showing all the stats, the in-line bond indicator, the better AP/combat intelligence icons, the spark-unit icons, custom stacking class icons support, dynamic rank/class icon support, the legend panels ... and likely a few other other things I've forgotten about .... for the sake of a shorthand rank name

Seems like a raw deal to me honestly..
