[WOTC] No Drop Down Lists: Remove Traits

This is an extension of No Drop Down Lists for the WOTC Infirmary Remove Trait Slot !! Finally !!

No config options needed.

No known issues.
Technically does NOT require No Drop Down Lists but why use this without that?
The original controller enabled mod covers the GTS and Psi Lab slots (and pre-wotc infirmary).

Use No Drop Down Lists: CI Bridge for the Covert Infiltration GTS Slots.
Use No Drop Down Lists: Gene Mods Bridge for the Gene Mods Slots.
Use No Drop Down Lists: Psi Bridge for Psi Overhaul V3 slots.
Use No Drop Down Lists: Core Room Bar Slots for the Core Room BAR Slots .

Psionics Ex Machina, Expanded Robotic Facility, and many other slots use No Drop Down Lists as default and do not require plugins.
