But also a lot of good stuff, i liked a lot of the new machanics
I know its a meme but i feel like shooting is a lot more random with this mod. The amont of times 24 hit while 98 didnt baffels me.
But What broke it completly vor me is the enemy pod mechanic. I simply loved that Xcom 2 made all the enemies on the map aware of you and chase you once you were found. Its much more realistic, gives Overwatch a real use and made the enemies come to you. With this Pod triggering mechanic you are basically punished for trying to better place your soilders. Whole Mission just evolves around to dont trigger pods you are not ready for.
Maybe i will pic it up again but at the moment it just feels like a slog.
Have core skills abit lower in the tree and more niche choices in late game.
Up to this point I had several rendezvous missions already.
Is it possible that resistance order Guardian Angels blocks also rendezvous missions?
Seriously, I have no more ideas. Looks like obvious bug to me.
But how long may it take? A year? Several years? Or several months?
Also I noticed that sometimes when I change soldier as adviser, the new one detects faceless right away.
It seems similar to promotion on covert operations. Some soldiers have more XP then required to promote but is not promoted unless sent to regular mission. Perhaps some soldiers should discover faceless already but mission is not triggered, unless another soldier is sent as adviser.
May it be a bug? If I understand correctly, any soldier should discover them eventually.
