Well, it's rather simple actually!

Players who can create a PlayStation account are now REWARDED rather than forced to do so!!
Players who are UNABLE to create a Playstation account can now continue as usual, but will miss out on certain bonuses. However, they can still enjoy the entire game.!

This would make it so everyone is happy & pleased.
Why is this so hard to do Sony?
