I've been meaning to get into the resident evil franchise for a long time now and during this steam winter sale I bought most of the franchise but now I'm getting mixed signals from the fanbase over which games are actually good and what games are bad. So if any seasoned veteran of the resident evil franchise is reading this, what games are actually worth the money and what games should I avoid? I understand that some of these games can be fun to some but meaningless to others but the reception has been so...

Helo dear all, the question is straight in the tittle, since I discovered tha trought cheating I can eliminate spiders from games and still enjoying the experience of doing archievements is at hand I'm visiting games that I would never played otherwise. I'm interested on this good piece of retro game, but I heard that there is a spider boss so I discarded it. It is possible trought modding, to play the game and do archievements but without big spiders? your time is appreciated :)...

Are there any safe mods or mod installer? My security keeps flagging "FluffyQuack mod manager as dangerous software. GAME: I'm sick of dying and having to go back to my last save. I have no more ribbons to use. Frustrating lol :-)

Now I'm really hoping for a RE remake. After playing the RE4 remake and LOVING it mostly. I tried playing RE HD Remaster a bit. However, the fixed camera perspective retracts from gameplay for me. I'd really like there to be an option to play it in third or person and not fixed camera. I have to say that I've been spoiled by the RE4 remake....
