Steam doesn't work properly. I'm English but work in China. China has it's own Steam, it's own approved games list and is pretty much totally disconnected from the real Steam.
Store, workshop, social, profile, and everything community are all broken. China Steam has maybe 50 games in total, and one or two that I want to play. Some of the games are local and I have bought through Steam "England" and are very good. The rest are all in Chinese so I can't play them even if good.
