After the 0.3 update, more community involvement and all of the quick bug fixes, this game is 100% in my eyes an experience. I started playing this game in 0.1, and at that time, I would not recommend it to anyone; the game is on a great course nowadays and I must say if you are on the fence about this game, just buy it. I like this more than Tarkov, and it isn't as hardcore as DayZ either, its like a mix of the two, and I'm all for it. The new systems and QOL have uplifted the game to new heights and the gameplay loop in my eyes is now perfected.

You need a higher end PC to run this game.

I was running on my 3070 for a bit, get around 50fps on low graphics, recently upgraded to a 4080 SUPER and I can finally run the game extremely well (Around 160fps on Medium)

(The rest of my PC has stayed the same)

(Keep in mind my machine is used for creative work mostly)
Ryzen 9 5900x
64GB Corsair DDR4 3200MT/s Ram
2TB M.2 NVME (Drive the game is installed on)
And my cooling is top notch because I am big on it.

Other than the performance and optimization, the game is still amazing. It is definitely a shell of what it will be, but it's a fun and challenging gameplay loop. They need to expand on many factors of the game, but it is literally in pre-alpha, the game constantly reminds you in the bottom left corner.

My take? Give it time. If you like this kind of game and are on the fence, then don't buy it. If you want to play it now and you can run it, then get it and come join!!

Judging by the roadmap released by the devs, the game is on a great course.

Absolutely phenomenal game. My favorite kind of realistic extraction shooter and the gunplay/customization within the firearms is unmatched.

A must play if you enjoy these kind of games.
