It crashes the game while on the menu, i can't start a mode

My savings don't work.. What to do? I logged in 2k games account inside the game and i still don't have any saved games even after that...

I dont find any clear answer if this game has physx like back in the day. I dont want to play this without physx, even with improved graphics so much immersion is lost if after a shooting all the debris just vanishes. Apparently there are fixes but these topics are from 2020. Whats the situation right now ? i will buy if it has if it doesnt going to pass thanx...
