Excellent game with beautiful pixelart. Honestly surprised by the fact that Nexon published this.

I once worked in a radioactive waste management lab, and I had to dismantle an old maser to recover a radioactive source inside. This game threw me back. It's relaxing, and the megacorp disregard for life makes it even better

It's GTA in Hong Kong. The game starts slow but finds its pace. I love it!

Early Access Review
HoMM4 is still the best one, but uhhh this comes pretty close. I'd say it's as good as homm3.

The game is crushingly mediocre. With a proper scale, I'd give this a 5 or 6 out of 10, but Steam being what it is, I don't recommend the game because it brings nothing new.
Combat is bland, no evolution from SNES era RPGs. Animations are simple and carry no weight.
Music is okay, but becomes very grating as it loops an enormous amount of times; that's because the levels are huge and labyrinthine. Since the camera is so zoomed-in, you get easily lost.
The story is nothing special, and the plot is something many times explored in games, but also mediocre fantasy novels.

I've seen positive reviews saying that if this game came out in the SNES era, it would be top-shelf. First off, it's worse than many of the Squaresoft games, and I'd say it's equivalent to something like Lufia - which it to say, again, tremendously average. But this game came out in the year of our lord 2016, a full 20-some years after those SNES games. We've seen better even in those times. On SNES, I'd play this and enjoy it. But I'm not playing this on SNES.

TL;DR - it's strictly okay, can't play it more than an hour at a time. Nostalgia bait.

TL;DR: The games are fine, but this bundle ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sucks. Just another way for EA to swindle 60$ for old games and also install malware on your computer.

Let me just say that if Steam had a different review system I'd have given a better grade, but the current system also pushes you to make a choice between 2 extremes (much like in Mass Effect huehue epic analytical skills) which is good. If I recall correctly, a bundle combining all ME games already existed on the PS3. This bundle, therefore, was entirely unnecessary; the only way it could have been relevant is if it had significantly changed how the games felt and looked. Granted, they did significant work on the visuals. But everything else is exactly the same.
For me the biggest hurdle to enjoyment is the fact that the bugs have not been fixed at all. On the 2007 version of Mass Effect this was fine, but in 2021, a game crashing every 10 minutes and save files constantly corrupted is unacceptable even on the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ early access games.
Me 2 and 3 are fine, if untouched. They look a bit better I suppose. But again, models clipping through each other, I expect that to have been fixed in a LEGENDARY! edition of the game. The only legend here is EA being an upstanding corporation.
This bundle barely checks the boxes to be considered a "remaster". Nothing has been remastered EA, because Bioware already did all your work for you. You just collect people's nostalgia money.
I think despite all that, I could have given this a thumbs-up; after all, they are all great games still. But the straw that broke the camel's back is Origin being pushed on my PC like an old cancer that started growing again. I have deleted this ♥♥♥♥ off my PC so many times now. If you're going to sell your game on Steam, have it work only on Steam; if you're going to install Origin, have it sold through Origin only. Trying to have the best of both worlds and facing no consequences is just typical innit. The old versions of ME didn't even need Origin, so this is just forcing it down people's throat. Woops! Looks like I clicked on the thumbs down! :(

I don't like card games. But I love this game.
Every run brings about new combos for your character that you wouldn't have thought of. And even though some characters are more complex than others, it's all very intuitive.
