I just beat the Gunslingers Past and unlocked the "Finished Gun" and didn't even realize that it replaced the "Unfinished Gun" till I wiki'd it. I have never completed ser junkan to max tier but for some reason, bags only take space in my inventory and ser junkan never appears

So i am trying to get him on all 5 floors , i think the only one that is left is on floor 5, but when i take the shortcut to floor 5 he never spawns . Do i need to defeat the dragon so he gets a chance to spawn , or can i just restart the floor 5 and he will spawn . A thing of note , the green mucher chest spawns every run...
