Some of the game's story was a tearjerker for me, I liked the gameplay and story. The game captures the natural beauty of ancient Japan well and also shows honor is not always a straight road at least not like one would imagine.

This is my first modern Galaga like game and i am enjoying it a lot. You are basically given a entry level fighter at the beginning and have to work your way up. There are various stages and challenges to achieve in each of the stages. The next stage unlocks only once a certain level of challenges are achieved. There are 9 stages in all and various modifications - add-ons for your fighter. You have to collect stars which get dropped usually when enemies are killed and use them to upgrade your fighter. I recommend either an arcade stick or a gamepad/controller for this game, i haven't tried keyboard-mouse combo yet.

One drawback is that story is told only during first play of each stage and doesn't seem very intricate but this is basically an action game.
