Being a star wars fan, being able to experience parts of the star wars verse is a dream come true. I'd like to thank those responsible for making this game. In this game's campaign and multiplayer we get to fly star-fighters from both imperial(the antagonists) and rebel alliance/ new republic(protagonist) factions. We get to fly X-Wing, Tie Fighter, Tie Interceptor, A-Wing, Y-Wing, Reaper & Tie - Bomber during the campaign and multiplayer.

I didn't have an HOTAS when i first purchased the game and found it hard to play with Xbox One Controller, so i waited for a bit and took a calculated risk of buying an T.flight HOTAS one by Thrustmaster for this and a few other games. The T.Flight Hotas One works well specifically for this game because the throttle locks at 50% setting which is ideal for turning the star fighter.

I had purchased Star Wars Rogue Squadron CD from back in the 2000s because of my interest in this genre specifically surrounding Star Wars Verse. I had also played Descent FreeSpace demo and Freespace 2 demo which were great but without a flight stick. I used Mouse and mainly Keyboard which was not very effective for these demos.

You'd have to be brave to play this game blind. Some of the skirmishes are epic, like the one in the club. I admit i didn't play it blind. Extremely well made game ,that doesn't let one down. The multiplayer rocks too though trying too hard and expecting too much doesn't help.

con - its hard to animate and program smart Xenos and Predators...thus i've heard AI isn't that great (The only solution is to play vs Humans in multiplayer but that isn't possible now as players have moved on)
