Old game, and guides are also pretty old. What's the most up-to-date patch or fix?

So i was playing it trying to make it functional on a 3070 and what not, everything else was somewhat fine except this glitch if i should even call that. It seems like the game does not handle polygons and models well? And therefore i see the literal edges of each polygon and models where they cut each other, it's nothing game break but tends to be annoying....
