10/10 would get smashed by a giant mace again

An incredibly addicting gameplay loop, adorable artstyle, awesome and chill music. What more can you want from an indie game or let's be honest ANY game?? (if that's your kinda thing anyway haha)

The so called crusades, which are the roguelite combat part of this game, play very satisfyingly and are nicely thought out, VERY The Binding of Isaac-esque, but significantly easier. Besides you having the option to play on four different difficulty settings it's generally designed to be less frustrating, so I'd say very cool for people like me, who tend to struggle at Isaac!
Growing and managing your cult is the part were you fall into this loop of leveling your followers, farming and building stuff, planning days ahead all the while. A big advantage of doing so will be that you'll get all kinds of buffs from various sources for your crusades.
I highly recommend to individualize your followers both visually and by naming them yourself! You'll have infinitely more fun roleplaying and coming up with all kinds of little stories <3

I love love LOVE this game so damn much and have a hard time trying to put it down every time I get back into it, not gonna lie! With the amount of content you are getting out of the The One Who Waits Bundle I can confidently recommend it even for its full prize! Games like this one NEED to be supported in my opinion :D
