Where to start this review.

Started playing the game through a friend's recommendation, because they had beaten the game and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ liked it a lot.

For starters, got beaten to death many many many many times by simplest of bosses. Never learned Mikiri Counter, or at least I forgot it existed (was playing on a controller, then switched to keyboard mouse).

Went on a break. Came back. And it suddenly clicked. Everything clicked. I mastered Mikiri Counter.
Then Genichiro happened, he made me realise that whatever I had learnt was not enough. I fought him for the most time I think. Then I realised I was never deflecting, and that I was too defensive.

It was that moment and then now I have completed all of the 4 possible endings. I felt relived and thought I have finally become The Greatest Shinobi.

Then I met Inner Genichiro. Well let me tell you something, he again made me realise, he is the boss. Time to train and beat him again, and again, and again.

Sekiro is one of those games where you'll be getting stomped by a boss for like five hours and then all of a sudden something will click and you just demolish them like it was nothing and its the best ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ feeling.

10/10 would play Sekiro for the first time again, and again, and again.
