halo is there any fix game crashing , when i click continue story it loads for a bit and then crashes me and a friend have the same issue since today

hi, is anybody out there wuo can help me in the hoovercraft races. its really difficult for me, i cant get any win. please add me here in steam so that we can add each other ingame. because i didnt have the game on steam. i purchased the game directly from ubisoft in the ubisoft launcher....

Has never been an issue for me before but today it suddenly decided to stop working and will not go past the "press any key" to start screen. I've only tried verifying files, running an SFC scan, restarting my PC. I haven't changed anything and I did play the game a few days ago to do the current Summit....
