Outer Wilds is one of the best games, which you don’t want to know anything about before starting the game. It’s truly, a once in a lifetime experiences players can ever have.

At some point in the past, a good friend of mine bought this as a gift, with a note not to look for any information about it beforehand. I stored the game in my gaming library, a few years passed and almost forgot about it, but one day I clicked the install button.

Just remembering back to that day, will make me emotional. I wasn’t sure if I was still able to feel this kind of emotion from a video game, due to the hardships I had. The soundtrack will make me forget my current life at any point of time and makes me relive the past moment of songs I have heard.

After finishing the original game, instantly bought the DLC Echoes of the Eye. And it’s also an experience I won’t probably ever forget. It’s a must buy and play for everyone who likes the original game even a one bit.

Wreckfest is one of the best racing games currently out there and provides lots of gameplay hours for any type and level or a racing player.

Career mode packs bunch of different event types for beginners. Eventually get better in racing and the late game events get a bit harder (if talked about the race lengths). This sadly is also a bad thing, due which of these would leave you more unsatisfied?
A. Lose a race that took you 10 minutes to finish, 2 maps x 4 laps each.
B. Lose a race that took you 30 minutes to finish, 6 maps x 12 laps on each. Lost the race because the A.I. decided to ram you to the wall while you were on the 1st place.

Do the following when the B. happens:
1. Close the game.
2. Play this video and close your eyes and let your emotions a go for half of a minute.
3. Start the game again and complete that damn race.

Tournament mode gives some special cars and customization options to unlock in awesome race themes example. who still remembers "Carmageddon"? These are highly recommended to complete to unlock some most of the funniest and fastest cars in the game. Also to mention that of the cars can also be bought from DLC 'Season pass' packs as these are also in sales good amount of a time.

Multiplayer mode after mastering and unlocking some cars to your garage. You can move to the race with other players (recommendation). Due most of the players will be using the best cars on the game and to keep up with those you'll want to have even some chances against them. There is often many servers to choose from but have own mind set of rules that follow something like this:

– Clean = Any single mistake or touch to other player car -> kick
– Semi-clean = Some touchiness OK, don't still bump to others in corners.
– Semi-dirty = Bumping, spinning other racers OK, full ram mode with bus is not okay.
– Dirty = Do what ever you like, some servers still don't like if you drive to wrong way.
– EXTRA: No Talk/Vote/Cry server = If the server admin is also racing, ram it to the wall and quit the server.

Also game has a mod support which can be seen with custom cars, maps and other crazy stuff people do.
Highly to recommend to try out some of the car mods out there. At least F1™ and Mario kart™ were pretty fun with friends and A.I. alike.

Is this a good racing game with friends? Yes definitely, just host a own server and try out all of the funny mods out there or compete with normal settings in semi-seriously and see who's the best Wreckfest driver out there. You'll eventually find the typical player types from your friends, such as:

– Best drifter
– Best overall racer
– The one who doesn't know any of the maps even with +50 hours played in
– The one who thought this was like Forza Horizon 5
– The one who picks heavy / large car type in every event
– The one who 'accidentally' just happens to spin others and has issues to control car in every turn
– And lastly the one who doesn't know how to tune the car.
