Great game and way better looking and cleaner interface than all the un-official sims and nothing feels tacky or cluttered or clunky like all of the 3rd party sims. It would honestly be perfect if the would have more events than just yet another "Link x some other extra deck" festival and also the obligatory Maxx "C" is objectively bad for this card game. Monetization-wise its the exact opposite of the anti-f2p fest that duel links is and doesn't lock any cards behind a paywall, there's 1 currency and f2p and paid gems aren't different, you get enough currency back from bp to buy it again so its always literally free, and you can craft literally any card in the game. Whoever at Konami is responsible for this should be in charge of Duel Links as well because they're getting nickel and dimed worse than the TCG.

Game is a great port and its great its getting the attention it deserves

Used to be great, and with some recent updates they implemented /some/ of the needed feature from mods but only just enough so that they could point and say "see we listened right? now shut up" and with how quickly they added the ones they did, it begs the question why they weren't implemented sooner when they had been requested for years. But a majority of them still arent implemented and easy-anti-cheat hasnt improved the game either.

Fun game, parts of the main story had really stupid and cringe decisions, did best girl dirty. Though the dlc's are lots of fun and had much better content.
Some of the nerfs with some hotfixes really were bass ackwards but solvable with hotfix mods.

I was just as hyped as everyone else when this game was announced, and that blinded me at first of the major flaws of this game. Though after a couple hundred of hours of playing, I see what I overlooked and ignored before.

Overall this game isn't too fun unless you heavily mod it. It may have a large world to explore, but its so much more shallow than the previous games in the series. There jusat seems to be less story and less creativitiy behind the locations. And the story itself never truly allows you to be evil, and becomes very limited by only ever having 4 responce choices. There is also the fact that no matter what ending you get, it has little to no effect on the ingame world.

The gameplay and content itself is lacking in many areas such as very limited weapon choices, armour choices, and others. There is also the fact of game breaking/game limiting bugs that are ignored by Bethesda, making it mandatory to use mods to fix the things that the devs wont.

Then there is the whole scandal of them raising the price of the season pass and then releasing GECK months after when they promised it would be released (most likey because they knew that half their addons would have been made by modders if they release it sooner).

The DLCs were fun and mods increase the palyability of it waaay past what would be without them and adds features and bug fixes and basically free dlc.
