You want achievements so you need to be active: enter chat room, post a comment, create a discussion, schedule gameplay time...
Do not write to me directly because if others don't see your desire to play they will not even launch the game. Group up guys!

In case you can't connect to multiplayer, there is probably a server maintenance[support.rockstargames.com]or you don't own all DLCs -- you need to buy Season Pass or a separate missing pack if you own others.

Once you achieve 100 %: do not leave the group and help others, keep enjoying multiplayer or whatever...

Don't really care about achievements but don't mind playing together.
