In case you can't connect to multiplayer, there is probably a server maintenance[support.rockstargames.com]or you don't own all DLCs -- you need to buy Season Pass or a separate missing pack if you own others.

Once you achieve 100 %: do not leave the group and help others, keep enjoying multiplayer or whatever...
