Welcome, Achievement Hunters!

This simply a safe haven for Hunter's to collaborate with one another & discuss all things Achievements. If you need help with a specific Achievement, need a boosting partner, or just want to gush about your favourite video games then head over to the Discussions tab!

I will also be using this Community Group for new updates & announcements on my upcoming guides & projects as well.

This Group is public for anyone to join, but there are some ground rules that if not followed will result in your Comment being deleted or a permanent ban from this community:
  • Racism, hate speech, sexism, extreme language, or any kind of discrimination is not tolerated
  • No spam content (begging for Likes or Steam Points, repeated instances of the same Comment, or "copypasta")
  • Do not give out any personal information such as phone numbers or passwords
  • No politcs!
  • Outside links to websites (for user safety)

Most of the rules are common sense: we are here for the love of video games & Achievements! Respect each other, & most of all, Happy Hunting!

This Community Group is a work in progress & I will be updating it frequently to better suit the needs of its Members. There is also the potential for this Group to revert to a "Request to Join" depending on how things go...*

The Batman games are definitely worth getting into; the story for those are pretty sweet. They do Batman himself super well.

Dragons Dogma on the other hand has a terrible story (it is just a shameless Berserk - The Golden Age rip). Though the Dragon is pretty cool, & is actually one of my favorite boss battles in gaming. Gameplay is where Dragons Dogma really shines & it is very fun to play in my opinion.

Oh that's nice, I'm hoping to start with it when I got enough time soon. I still got some games to play using your guides which I have enjoyed so far was thinking of continuing Arkham Asylum and Dragon's Dogma little by little I think it's gonna be rough at first.

Oh man, I LOVE Xcom. Xcom 2 in particular is a fantastic game.

There is some irritating moments of RNG gameplay where you have a 90% chance to hit an enemy... and then you still miss. Which is unfortunately a common problem with the game, but otherwise, I find it a super satisfying experience.

They are going to be very difficult guides for me to make if I were to start them just with how free flow and luck based the game is. But I do have them on my "guide substitutions" list and I do plan to eventually cover them.

Solid 9/10 and definitely reccomend; no other game series of that genre does it as well.

Hey Cynic, you have the XCOM 2 guide still working? I saw you are kind of almost done with it so I wanna know your thoughts on that game.

It is an addictive game but I understand if the guide can wait due to updates there is much to discover in Terraria I played it on mobile many times.

Hey Division, that is an interesting suggestion & I have actually been considering this. I have never given Terraria an honest go yet, but I am huge Minecraft fan & have probably put thousands of hours into it over my life. Not quite the same game of course, but I guarantee Minecraft will never come to Steam so Terraria is the next best thing & pretty similar in terms of Achievements.

You know me, & I am always leery of games that get frequent updates to Achievements as that can really throw I wrench into guide structuring. But, it is a long game with almost 200 Achievements now I believe, so either way it would take me a while to do so I could potentially work around new Achievements. I have never sat down to take a good look at its Achievement list, but I will tentatively add it to my future guides list.
