These mods work fine with the Core Collection, but for various reasons they have not been included into the collection itself.

• Sacrifice Targeting Fix - recommended bugfix if you have Shen's Last Gift DLC.
  
• (WOTC+TLP) Plasma Fan Fire Fix - useful bugfix if you have Tactical Legacy Pack DLC.
  
• DLC Breakthroughs Support - useful "bugfix" if you have Alien Hunters and/or Shen's Last Gift DLCs.

• [WOTC] Iridar's Appearance Manager - very useful if you spend a lot of time in Character Pool or customizing soldier appearance.
  
• Misclick Confirm WOTC or [WOTC] Missclick Protection - makes it harder to accidentally leave your soldiers out of cover.
  
• [WOTC] Force Level Display - can be useful to hardcore tryhard players, but arguably gives away too much information about the game's inner working to the player.
  
• [WOTC] Automatic Reload by Iridar - reduces the strain on the brain by reloading soldiers' weapons automatically if they take turn-ending actions with some action points remaining.
  
• [WOTC] Tactical UI Kill Counter Redux - shows the number of killed and active enemies. Also shows the number of remaining enemies if you have Shadow Chamber constructed. Can be useful for those who want to tryhard, but can be distracting for a regular player, making them rely on numbers instead of looking at the actual game world.

• [WOTC] Unified Gremlin and Bit Movement Speed - compared to base XCOM 2, in War of the Chosen Gremlins and BITs move faster, but their movement is more jerky. Use this mod to revert this change, if it annoys you.
  
• Zoomier Zombie Animations - makes regular zombies use Lost animations, making them faster.
  
• Soundtrack Restoration - WotC + TLE - makes in-game music have more variety, but at the cost of losing consistent music style. May or may not require Tactical Legecy Pack.
  
• [WOTC] Configure Avenger Defense XCOM Reinforcement - useful "bugfix" if you play with increased squad size.
  
• [WOTC] Grim Horizon Fix - useful if you plan to play with Grim Horizon second wave option.

• [WOTC] Restored Ragdoll Collision
  
• [WOTC] Impact FX + [WOTC] Fix Impact FX
  
• [WOTC] Impact FX Lite Version + [WOTC] Fix Impact FX

• [WOTC] XSkin by Iridar - can be used to replace the appearance of weapons.
  
• [WOTC] Item Hider by Iridar - useful if you use a lot of mods that add new weapons and you want to reduce inventory clutter.

• [WOTC] More Target Icons 2020 - useful if you use mods that add new enemies.
  
• No Class Requirements For Breakthroughs - useful if you play with mod-added soldier classes.

@Iridar I use Tactical Information Overhaul. It deserves a mention here I think unless the mod does something bad that I am not aware of. Using this mod makes the other mods for health bar obsolete.

I'm aware of the [WOTC] Incendiary Grenade Damage Fix +, it's already been suggested many times. In my opinion it is pointless and worse than the previous one.

As for [WotC] RW Better Upcoming Events Side List, I don't want to spend time even on looking at anything by krumiro.

Why is [WOTC] Incendiary Grenade Damage Fix + worse than [WOTC] Purifier Grenades Fix? Based on the description it is objectively better.

Changes the Incendiary Grenade to do different damage depending on who is using it.

In my opinion as a modmaker with a lot of experience, "[WOTC] Purifier Grenades Fix" offers the best solution, though in 99.9% of cases it's completely irrelevant which one you pick. I'm not aware of any combination of mods where one would be preferable over the other.
