Description
When the Grim Horizon Second Wave option is enabled, there are dark events that become permanent that shouldn't become permanent, such as the UFO sent to hunt XCom. That dark event needs to go away so that it has the chance to return later, otherwise it stays in the list of the dark events and you will never see a ufo again.

On the other side of the coin, the Signal Jamming DE doesn't remain permanent. This mod fixes that so it remains permanent.

There is a dark event exclusion list In XComGrimHorizonFix.ini where you can add any dark events to the exclusion list so that they don' remain permanent and can repeat again at a later time. Here are the following excluded dark events:

MinorBreakthrough
MajorBreakthrough
HunterClass ;Hunt Avenger with UFO
NewConstruction
ResistanceInformant
LostWorld ;Too much lost is just that - too much! I disabled this one since most people probably don't want this to be a permanent thing
SuperUFO ;From additional dark actions

With permission of LWOTC modders, I have added the User Interface from LWOTC for dark events. Dark events are displayed in an easy to read list format, more importantly you can see all of the active dark events, where as in the vanilla user interface it cuts off at 3.

@silverleaf1
That mod's Description says "Doesn't work with any mod that overrides XcomGameState_HeadQuartersAlien" so I'd guess not.

@RedDobe The Alternative Mod Launcher indicates that this mod conflicts with the mod, Second Wave Pick Your Chosen. It is an actual conflict?

@Living Soul
You've probably got a mod conflict then.

-20 FPS. Be careful!

Yeah I've tested it now and works fine, may be worth adding to the description.

@MrCloista - I have never tested it myself, but others have said that it works fine. I can't think of anything that would be a problem myself.

@RedDobe just confirming - if not using Grim Horizon, this can just be used for the UI change right?

Okay, thank you :)

Other users have confirmed that it does indeed work with the Grim Horizon option disabled. I do have a check for if the option is disabled prior to making a dark event permanent.

Would this break something if you use this without the Grim Horizon second wave option enabled?
