I am using all of those mods as well.

I also experienced the same since today or yesterday and with my full mod list, it's likely an interaction issue. Following mods in my list have been updated since the 22. of November.
Use This Instead (irrelevant, ik, just wanted to list for full transparency)

and then of course
More Planning (Continued)

VitaKaninen, do you have an overlap in some or all these mods?

There are no errors in the log, but here is my current mods list: https://rentry.org/byo95458

In my current mods list, in my current game, the opacity setting does not work at all, the setting starts at 0% opacity, which is not a valid setting, and it is actually working at 10%. As I start to remove mods from my list, I can get the opacity setting to work as stated previously, where it locks at your first chosen level, but that only works on a new game. If I load my current game, it breaks again, and also stops working on new games. As I remove even more mods, several of the colors stop working altogether if I start a new game first, and then load an existing game.

It seems to be interacting with several mods, but I can't fully test, since I get different results depending on if I am starting a new game or loading an existing game, and depending on which order I do that in, and as I remove more mods, my existing game will no longer load.

The way the mod used to work, is that all plans had the same opacity, and that was controlled by the opacity button. If you made plans at 10%, they were dim, and if you wanted to brighten them, you could change the opacity, and all the plans would be effected.

That is not how it works now. If you make red plans at 10% opacity, and then change it to 80%, the red plans are locked at 10%, and any new red plans will still be created at 10%, and the opacity button does not affect them. If you make new plans of another color, they will be 80%, but then lowering the opacity will not affect new plans or the old plans for that color. Once you make a plan with a color, that opacity is locked in for that color.

Must be a mod conflict, then. I am unable to change to opacity either. I will see if I can narrow down the cause.

Tested the mod and had no issues changing the opacity

+1 to @Disorder's comment below. As of latest update, opacity seems to be at the lowest value regardless of what I choose.
Disorder 23 nov @ 16:54
having an issue with the opacity not changing since lastest update anyone else getting this issue?

Update to my bug. Today I dared to completely remove the planning on my second map. On that basis, I was able to use the planning again and it displays properly too. So it was corrupted. Possibly by the import from matteobononi.it, as the planning from 1.5 on the main map is still working.

@Mlie I feared so. But if I'm not mistaken, I might have the same issue as Phoenix-D reported.

I also have Dubs Mint menu and when I turn "Planning Visibility" on, my Debug log also shows:

'Root level exception in Update(): System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array. [Ref 7A763989]'

followed by the same message 99 times with "Duplicate stacktrace. see ref for original" added at the end.

I can check by removing Dub's Mint Menu Mod, but that'll be tomorrow. Until then, I would second the log Phoenix-D posted.

@HighFlyer96 Way to many mods in that log for me to be able to recreate any issues. Please see the Reporting Issues section above.

Addition: The laying apparently hasn't been removed completely, but doesn't appear most of the time. Only fully zoomed in on some specific positions, the layout appears. Still can't edit it at all though.
HighFlyer96 21 okt @ 6:45
Updating to 1.6 retained the layouts created in 1.5, but I can't draw new planning with the mod, only with the vanilla planning.
Even copying structures won't work. Trying to import from <matteobononi.it> only imports empty spaces removing my previous layout. Reloading the game ended up removing my entire layout, except a small part.

Created the log right after trying to Copy remaining planning and trying to drawn new ones.

Thanks for the update! The new vanilla planning is great but the contrast isn't quite high enough for me to see clearly.

The new vanilla planning is constantly just slightly annoying to use. Thanks Mlie!
VitaKaninen 25 aug @ 2:51
Thanks so much for updating this!
Phoenix-D 24 aug @ 17:12
Thanks for updating. One potential new incompatibility found:

This plus Dub's Mint Menus in 1.6 causes an infinite loop of errors.
https://gist.github.com/HugsLibRecordKeeper/a1779d89a7252ab678f414868d837535

order doesn't seem to make a difference.

Hi Mlie, thanks for updating! When I use the mod my UI disappears, and if I try to start a new colony I can't use my mouse on the tile selection at all
