kx edit state category file, you need to make a support patch yourself, it is not very difficult but tedious (I had personal version for Equestria At War resource and KX state category)

dosent everyone in the multiplayer match need to get this mod in order to work? because ive had some mods where it will show that if someone joins or trys to join my game they will get the pop up of "different game version"

Really minor but the option to upgrade state category in the state managing tool doesn't seem to work when I play Kaiserredux. I don't know why but it's probably a mod issue so its no big deal tbh

I might be that Paradox added a bug where I cant spawn ships if the country has a different design of this ship type already (type=same hull AND same tier)

Ignore below, I figured it out.

I think a recent vanilla patch added 'Dynamic Version Numbering' on the ship designer screen. Unticking this and updating the design so 'A Klasse' isn't appended to the design name fixes the issue

Is the ship spawner broken for Germany specifically? Just some short testing but I can spawn ships for UK & Netherlands, but not Germany. Want to give them lots of submarines

Log is this, despite Germany having all 'toolpack' sub variants. Just odd as I can get it work fine for other countries. All DLC + no other mods active

yeah, i tried this without any mods like RT56 so it's nearly vanilla and the ships still won't spawn (i have all the dlcs too)

I just checked and the ship spawner worked fine for me except for non-MtG, late-game submarines, which I just fixed

Also made crack units only appear on countries with spawned units

I tried to use this to make every country have a civil war but I believe I've hit the limit of how many civil wars can occur at the same time before the game crashes lol, can't make any more civil wars without the game instantly closing

Youre almost certainly having a mod conflict issue, Averta and Net., if its not that it might be a problem with the launcher, havent had any issues myself or many reports

You can try adding your major overhaul mods in the dependencies list in the .mod file of this mod, might give compatibility

Maybe its just me but i cant open the tool pack, i can see the arrow on top of search bottom then activate the tools but they dont pop up by clicking ctrl + alt + a. I tried vanilla and road to 56

@marjin211 In OWB ERX I cant change the amount of resources there is, am I just not understanding how to use the tool? I click on a province, select the resource I want to manage, and I tried to add some but ultimately nothing happened?

that line of code is one of the effects that refreshes the building menu, it being in other menus means you dont have to reopen it for any changes to show
I can put more dependencies in where it helps, but its better to just make a small submod in case of issues like that

after that, the mod just needs to add other mods as dependencies in the descriptor. there should be no crashes and most of the features should work

in the mod, there are a lot of "bst_count_civf = yes" lines that makes toolpack crash in a lot of overhaul mods. If I have to guess, this makes the game check for civilian factories, which causes a CTD if a mod replaced a civ factory with something else.

The line appears in windows that I don't even think needed a civ factory check, and when I personally removed it, no problems occurred. Please consider looking into this
