I think a recent vanilla patch added 'Dynamic Version Numbering' on the ship designer screen. Unticking this and updating the design so 'A Klasse' isn't appended to the design name fixes the issue

Log is this, despite Germany having all 'toolpack' sub variants. Just odd as I can get it work fine for other countries. All DLC + no other mods active
Also made crack units only appear on countries with spawned units
You can try adding your major overhaul mods in the dependencies list in the .mod file of this mod, might give compatibility

@Smol probably a mod conflict, although resources in general are finicky
I can put more dependencies in where it helps, but its better to just make a small submod in case of issues like that
The line appears in windows that I don't even think needed a civ factory check, and when I personally removed it, no problems occurred. Please consider looking into this
