everytime i use this and the base modder version of this suppression the ai never faces the right way where their target is and just starts blind firing in the opposite direction?

The target position must be in sight of the unit and within effective range of its weapon, if it's a vehicle the turret has elevation and depression limits, it can't shoot at targets that are too high or too low in relation to the vehicle; some modded vehicles with unusual configurations might not work very well.

Added an option to toogle the infinite ammo feature, it's found in the 'Addon Options'.
It's on by default.

Would you consider adding an addon option for the suppression command to consume ammo? I've noticed that units effectively have unlimited ammo with this command and an option to turn that off would balance it better with DCE.

I have tested on a dedicated server and it worked.
The AI can't suppress if it's in HOLD FIRE mode.
Also it can't if the target position is outside the weapon range.

Much better implementation than the other suppressive fire module. So many Zeus modules are completely broken, this is great.

I have to think of a way to implement that smoothly, right now what you can do is take control of the gunner and change the ammo type manually and the next time he starts suppressing he will use that.

Would you consider an option to select what munition is fired in a future update? for example, I'd prefer a tank to fire HE into buildings rather than AT rounds.

Appreciate the work Jack, not sure why some people are being spicy about it being similar to some other mods. Nothing wrong with having more options, and I've had issues with targeting from other mods in the past.

The current solutions provided by existing mods don't allow the player to easily suppress the position he wants.
This mod provides a line of sight and ranging tool and allows the player to get the AI to use suppressive fire exactly where he wants in most situations.
