Crew access arm wont retract automatically after I seal the hatch
Jacket 28/mai./2023 às 11:21
how do i launch it?
xsool3000 29/jan./2023 às 12:13
@B!rdz the controlls are by the workbench. Just press 5 min launch or 15 min launch and just wait. It will do everything on it's own.
hi. 2/dez./2022 às 18:51
How do I launch it?
cheesyletsgo 21/nov./2022 às 16:01
It launched!
Murphy Maxwell 8/out./2022 às 18:30
And the real launch is now delayed till late November....... that's just great :steamsad::steamthumbsdown:
im so bored 29/set./2022 às 13:46
now plz make space shuttle
Blue Angel 29/ago./2022 às 10:01
sad news the actual launch is delayed till September 2nd
cheesyletsgo 16/ago./2022 às 7:02
Aug 29th!
cheesyletsgo 21/jun./2022 às 11:26
make sure you are medium physics or lower
Doggo777x 10/jun./2022 às 3:56
hi, I wanted to politely point out the rocket's upright position is not working, or i can't get it to go upright.
StickChimpp 3/jun./2022 às 8:05
How do I get the rocket upright?
RedPug 8/mai./2022 às 21:10
the launch site is also a lot bigger, which itself usually means more time.
there are so many details on the towers and stuff for technicians to get to in order to make repairs to the rocket or ensure systems are functional
they have many arms, as you said, and with the Energia i'm working on atm, there are very few pictures of the real thing that it's hard to see what everything does or where it goes to.
in the rocket itself, you just need a crew "area" and then long, empty fuselages with a couple jet engines

RedPug, I’ve noticed that with some of my other projects as well. Seems like the Pad takes up a ton of time and effort while the spacecraft and Rocket are finished within a week.

I think it comes down to the fact that there is nowhere for these rockets to go in stormworks. I’m not certain they can be designed to do much more then just go up and parachute back down. Whereas, the pad has complex service and access arms that have to extend and retract, a water deluge system and a ton of other moving parts to engineer.
RedPug 7/mai./2022 às 21:37
no offense, but it seems more like a launch site with a rocket rather than a rocket with a launch site.
I made that mistake on my Soyuz, where the launch site had so much more effort than the rocket itself.

hey dude are you ever going to make those amazing small scale cruise ship replicas again they were great
cheesyletsgo 8/abr./2022 às 16:16
Thank you.when do you think another one might be posted?
SciFiDeepdive  [autor(a)] 8/abr./2022 às 13:57
CheesyLetsGo, I have several projects in the works from several different space institutions. I generally don't discuss projects in the works before they are done, since there is never a guarantee that any particular project will ever actually be completed.
cheesyletsgo 7/abr./2022 às 14:18
What are you working on?For NASA only?
cheesyletsgo 1/abr./2022 às 16:16
thanks! please keep me posted!
SciFiDeepdive  [autor(a)] 1/abr./2022 às 15:28
Cheesyletsgo, Funny thing is, I originally intended to have the KSC Launch Control Center on this as well. It was gonna be on a platform that would extend out from underneath so it could be a decent distance from the rocket. Unfortunately that caused the physics to bug out too much. But I have a few other space projects in the works and an underwater ISS isn't a bad Idea.
cheesyletsgo 1/abr./2022 às 15:16
that might be fun!
cheesyletsgo 1/abr./2022 às 15:09
or maybe a mission control?
cheesyletsgo 1/abr./2022 às 14:40
Thank you! do you could try to make a mock-up or under water training place for the iss?
SciFiDeepdive  [autor(a)] 1/abr./2022 às 14:33
Wikjo & Cheesyletsgo, I have confirmed the issue seems to be tied to the low physics detail setting. Set it to medium and to booster should raise to the launch position
SciFiDeepdive  [autor(a)] 1/abr./2022 às 14:27
Wikjo, thats what I'm thinking. I've so far been unable to replicate the issue
cheesyletsgo 1/abr./2022 às 14:27
@wikjo i have the same prob.love the rocket though!!
wikjo 1/abr./2022 às 13:23
maybe because i have low physics quality
Sculky 1/abr./2022 às 10:51
Does anyone know this is not the only space rocket for stormworks?
SciFiDeepdive  [autor(a)] 31/mar./2022 às 16:00
Wikjo, that’s really odd, it should automatically raise up into the launch position when spawned. I’ll look into it and see if I can recreate and solve the issue.
wikjo 31/mar./2022 às 13:27
when i spawn it in the rocket wont go up
cheesyletsgo 31/mar./2022 às 11:53
thank you!!!!!
SciFiDeepdive  [autor(a)] 31/mar./2022 às 11:52
Dark_Eagle, when spawning it at the oil rig, there should be 2 buttons to the left of the workbench, one to start each countdown.
SciFiDeepdive  [autor(a)] 31/mar./2022 às 11:51
Wikjo, it’s not a mission, it’s actually a spawnable vehicle. Spawn it at the oil rig/platform spawn location.
Dark_Eagle 31/mar./2022 às 9:10
where button
augustjax11 31/mar./2022 às 7:38
gohh dam
wikjo 31/mar./2022 às 6:56
i cannot see the mission in mission editor
team canada 30/mar./2022 às 14:31
wow, nothing else to say.
