Report a translation problem
At least with the big station, right now they go in from around the side, then turn back into the station, then flip around 180 degrees and un-/load facing the border.
Then they flip 180 degrees again (facing the republic) and go back onto the road.
...whut?
Seems as if the way the vehicles enter and the stations are backwards.
"We are not going to give you non-blocking customs through update now, because there are couple of problems with that, and we like the limited throughput of customs houses. We can agree that the large customs house is not functioning the best and we may address that in the future, but we want to prepare a better solution. There is some potential for customs, and we want to use that potential later.

There is a mod in workshop which allows you to enable non-blocking movement for all customs houses, but we do not think it is appropriate for small and medium customs."

Why is it necessary to do this? Because after each update, the game MAY update the in-game files by default

Check your mod list to see if there's a mod that may do something similar like this one. Although I doubt it, because as far as I know, this mod is the only one that does what it does.
Current detour points can lead to blocking custom. To fix it need to change 2 last point so tour will not create cross traffic. With this points:

Если что-то пошло не так - попробуйте переподписать этот мод и заменить файл заново. (Особенно нужно делать после каждой обновлении игры)
Есть другой вариант решения проблемы - снести и заново построить таможню через редактор карты, в котором можно переключить через чит комбинацией C + H + E.
