Just tested it and it still works in 1.5, so it's all good until you get to it.

I always update my suite of mods when I get time.
TBF, unless the update breaks a very specific function (unlikely), it'll still work fine. It'll just throw a version error until I update it. No worries.

This has always been a vital mod for me due to my love of mountain carved bases, is there any chance of this being updated to 1.5?

No idea how to do that, sadly.

I once had a guy was gonna help me set it up so that it had a ticker that would track over time and slowly adapt someone to underground conditions and if you went outside, it had the opposite effect where you'd be unhappy about spending time outside instead.

Woulda been nice, but they disappeared. It's okay tho. This is a pretty simple mod.

Anyway, if I figure out how to do it, sure, but I don't know how as of right now.

'Adapted' children (biotech) no longer desire nature running or could watching, (both of which are impossible being underground).

this mod is handy even with ideology! sometime the undergrouder meme just doesnt fit but u want an underground base

thanks for this mod. its annoying when your in a cave mining or locked up in there house when they start to get a debuff right away. i use a hill or mountain for possible escape from base invasion. a the pawn just go into a break down .anyway thanks again

Updated to 1.4 Let me know if you have any errors. I didn't have time to thoroughly test, but no problems so far as I can tell. Should be good to go! im gonna assume it's compatible with SoS2 because being stuck in the ship gives a "trapped underground" thought debuff

Well with ideology there's precepts in place for this.
Dunno how they interact honestly because I am not currently using this for my playthrough with overlanders.

hi ive found that to be the case, very often (but there are still some mods that might not work 100% as the syntax changed for some things in newer versions of rimworld)

If a 1.1 mod does not have an assemblies folder or dll file it is usually compatible with 1.2.

err yeah, sadly had some troubles technical...lost a lot of footage, basically series got scrapped which sucks. But yeah this mod still works for 1.2? sometimes 1.1 ones still work but nice to check

so this works in 1.2 thinking of later doing a playthrough to only live underground LOL
like dwarves, in the mountain, can't go outside because...there are trees outside, and dwarves hate trees...thats why they have axes

No it's opposite of vanilla. If they go outside, the buff resets.

Right now, that's all this does is remove the buff. The modder who was going to help me figure out how to do the buff over time has never finished that so I should really change the description.

Thanks^^ Iwill. DF is great. It was my game before RW and I have NO clue how many hours I logged in it before RW came to alpha. Played RW since early alpha and I love it. It's my top most played game on Steam. Can't tell if it's more or less than DF but they gotta be close.
over 1900 hours in RW tho. Yeah, I like it a little.

no I get it, as a content creator myself I know what it is like to have your creation make people happy, and getting recognition is great. That sounds like a really fun idea. Since there's Fallout mods, I bet this goes well with them. I really hope I can do more with it eventually, but right now, my situation is focused entirely on keeping my family alive and safe. Glad you're enjoying!

Well time to make my vault playthrough, stay inside the vault, its safe and comfortable...sure we got insects but it beats radation...one death is fast the other is slow

I just started a drow colony and only one of them has undergrounder... I thought it was silly for a race known to live in the Underdark to get antsy staying underground, this will help a lot, thanks!

and early game if they Forget to eat at a table, which with some mods seems to be more often it was an annoying debuff that really shouldnt be there. So yeah I got it removed, and my games do not feel the lack other then maybe a early game or two benefit of some very annoying pawns that snap at like everything. (NO TABLE, i will murder my other friendly colonist!)

I also saw a mod out there that made the Table debuff be like a -40 or so, I was like NOPE not for me.

I just want to see more positive buffs in the game, as I have plenty of negative ones (it is almost like people want pawns to break all the time.) Guess drama makes a better story for some.
