After some messing around with sets etc it just needed to be loaded up with KMM is all

@Camtheguy: The mod should be working just fine. The only time this mod would ever really need an update is if they actually went and changed the table that links hero types to experience/amounts of skill points per level by either adding, renaming or removing hero types - which afaik they have not done since the release of the game.

Do you have any other modes enabled that change the amount of experience points needed to level up, amount of levels available for characters or skill point distribution per level?

Technically, this should never require an update...But I've gone and "updated" it anyway.

@DarknesXAM: Heroes already gain only 7 additional skill points with this mod, toning it down further would kind of defeat the purpose of the mod. Skill points per level can only be set per hero TYPE and not for individual heroes AFAIK.

However, I have another mod available which gives all characters an additional skill that allows you to dump as many excess points as you want into it if that is what you are worried about. You can subscribe here: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1724700531

certain heroes like kroak and the empire wizards end up with too many skill points by level 40, any chance you can tone down the bonus skill points for heroes?

I loved the original mod, I've been struggling with the Sebidee 2x skill mod which *might* be causing a crash with rogue armies. Even if that's not the case the skill dumps with factions like Tomb Kings are non-existent and 2x points per level feels a little overkill for me. Thank you for putting together an updated version of this mod!

Thanks for this! I'd hacked together my own Prometheus Skill Points-esque mod a while ago but seem to have lost the files so I'm glad to see a new version on the workshop!

@Everyone Thanks for the positive feedback, it's very much appreciated!

@Sigxy: I don't think that there's much I can do about that, at least directly. The game unfortunately puts the Green Knight and other unique heroes into the same broad "wizard", "champion" etc. categories as the other heroes. I really don't want to mess with that because it could break tons of other mods, so I just created a workaround in form of an additional skill points dump mod, which can be found here: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1724700531

@DarknesXAM Yes, but I'd still recommend using KMM simply because it's so much better and way more responsive.

Hey, thanks for the mod, appreciate it!

However it does share one issue that the "Prometheus" version had. When you call upon the Green Knight, he will have extra points to spend - even though he has no skills to put points into. This can get rather annoying seeing each turn that "Someone hasn't spent their skill points yet"!

I am guessing by the fact that he has 8 skill points, he's treated as a level 40 Hero (while his level doesn't display anywhere). So the 2 points/5th level must be the cause for it.

@RSW2002 Might of been the launcher issue. Previous Version of re-reloaded or whatever it was called must of just been first in "one mod" load order so I didn't notice it until it switched to the newer (Prometheus Style) Not sure when I'll get an opportunity to check it with my multiplayer friend. Sorry for any inconvenience.

they fixed the launcher, still havent tested the mod but if It works in my co-op tomorrow its gonna get my seal of approval

@QuorumOf4 Are you using any other mods? What launcher are you using? (CA's launcher is currently broken, I recommend using Kaedrin's Mod Manager)

more than just the mod, thank you for the tip, we didnt know we could still force launch a campaign that used hte other mod, you've just saved us a lot of time!
