Bonus Skill Points for Generals and Heroes (Prometheus Style)

The mod simply gives bonus skill points to generals/lords and heroes. Generals/lords receive 2 points instead of 1 from levels 10-40 and heroes receive 2 points instead of 1 every 5 levels, starting at level 5. This means that, compared to vanilla, generals/lords receive 31 additional skill points overall and heroes receive 8 additional skill points overall.

I highly recommend using this together with my skill points dump mod because some characters end up with excess skill points with this mod (especially spellcasters that aren't lords).

Sadly, the updated version of Prometheus Skill Points Re-Renewed was suddenly taken down for some reason and the Workshop stubbornly refuses to let me download the outdated version still floating around.

So I watched some tutorials and remade it from scratch.

Compatible with any mod that does not edit the character_experience_skill_tiers_tables. So pretty much most mods with the exception of some overhauls (looking at you, SFO) and ANY other skill points mods.

This mod is save game compatible, but does not apply retroactively, so you won't get the bonus skill points you already "missed" if you start using it when you have already have a general at lvl 40 or something.

If you've previously been using the updated version of Prometheus' mod that was taken down, you can simply ignore the warning the game gives you about the missing mod and double-click on your savegame.

Credit for the original concept still belongs to Prometheus. All I did was pull the tables from the game, insert the number 2 a bunch of times and upload it.

I will always try to keep this updated, so there will be no need for "update pls" comments (even though it will probably never actually NEED an update). Please leave a comment if you run into any problems or have suggestions for other skill points or similarly simple mods.
