I think it's safe to say this mod is dead and the Primary Secondaries incompatibility is not going to be fixed unless a third party decides to do it and release a patch as a separate download.

Primary Secondaries works now, as do infinite TLP weapons. I've tried to add some checks should help other weapon mods as well, but I can't test them all, so if a certain weapon still disappears when it shouldn't (or doesn't disappear when it should) let me know which mod you're using and what goes wrong.
I love the concept for this mod, and it has a clever execution, but in the meantime it just causes too many issues with my RPGO setup to keep.

Probably not, because I used Unrestricted Customization and I'm mostly happy with how armors work there.

It uses the weapon's template name to try to categorize them, so they should still be available if they are a distinct type of shotgun. Let me know if it does the wrong thing and I can try to fine-tune the algorithm. It's compatible with my Cosmetic Laser and Coilgun mod; I'm not sure about any others because I haven't tested them.
