Bug found: When you drain one tank into another, it seems to create fuel. Seems to create more fuel the more tanks are set as 'drain'

Ie, the 'total stored fuel in network' indicator goes up when you set a tank to drain, when it should stay constant.

It'd be nice if the Fuel Pumps from Vanilla Vehicles expanded would attach to the pipe lines so you can just have them auto fill instead of having them filled by hand

One of my colonists had a tantrum and took it out on my crude oil storage and a cracker. Thankfully your mod took out the tantrum-having good-for-nothing (fire is hot). I place all my 'utilities' on one outside of core base zone, so oil, AC, water, etc. Lets just say my colony could not use a toilet and it was fairly warm in the base for some time.

Is this a bug?!?!?! /s 10/10 for accurate oil field explosion and fire stuff.

loving the mod, however i ran into a weird quirk where fabricator mechs just randomly stopped working at the console no matter what i tried despite them prioritizing it earlier in the run, curious if there is something i am missing or if it is a glitch(pawns will still go to work at the station). thank you for your time

Lino tiles are missing a new thing - cleaning time multiplier. Probnbaly should be 60%, like vanilla metallic floor.

my well capacity while it's in use is 0 so I guess that means the oil is dried up?

okay because I had an oil spill recently and they stopped drilling but I assumed they would continue after I cleaned up the spill.

The fire on top of the oil rigs is lit but I see no crude oil being gained. I have double layered my oil pipes but still no progress

they stop drilling when a field is depleted @Hebrux but i think they replenish after a long while

@Happycam if I'm not wrong there's options in VE to enable connecting chemfuel pipes to buildings but there's https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3157758092 already, gladly. The only thing for me is some mod retexturing Rimefeller to more vanilla style to completly abandon VCE (not the cooking one)

VE Chemfuel and Rimefeller are have the exact same purpose with the exception of how you obtain chemfuel along with more options on how you use that chemfuel in Rimefeller. You could use both, but I genuinely see no real benefit to use both mods together, let alone have a modder waste time on making it work with another mod 99% of people wont use in tandem.

I also plan to make a complete retexture for Rimefeller to fit the Vanilla Expanded style as well as make the resolution larger and clearer. I already have a retexture for Rimefeller making the console fit the vanilla styling in the meantime. So those who may be using VEC purely because it fits the appearance of the VE mods won't have to worry later on. I may also potentially add patches to other vanilla expanded mods that would connect to VE chemfuel, making VEC pretty much pointless on that end. However atm I do not recall any VE structures connecting to chemfuel expanded pipelines regardless.

Just a simple question because i am not certain about it, does having multiple resource console make resource production faster? I need a lot of fsx because of combat extended and i wonder if my 8 resource consoles are of any use ?

As someone who likes using Rimefeller as an alternative to a rush to geo or other power sources, I think the research costs are just a tad high, at least the early ones

Just started having the same issue as the previous commenter. Loaded up a save I had played a couple months ago- all oil fields on the map quickly drained to nothing and do not refill, even using "cheat" amounts.

Love this mod. Currently I'm having an issue, though. For some reason, all oil fields have no oil in them. Both tapped and untapped fields are completely empty and not refilling.
