- rolled back to v1.4

- changed all muzzle effects to use viewmodel_effect 1
- 3rd person misposition bug is going to stay, because that's how guns are compiled ( avoiding the bug requires not using the fx in .qc )
- modified some materials paths
- cut all Gunkanjima ( spell correct? ) / Jimonions map effects ( too much clutter , and maps should use their own manifest )
- the main reason for update is to test something
