Version 0.2.3.1 changelog
  • Fixed several crashing issues from the previous version.
  • Player healthbars now also show the name of the player.
  • The maximum amount of bots alive simultaneously now depends on the amount of players alive. No more fighting 600 bots with 3 players.
  • Changed bot AI behaviour further to fix some glaring issues from the previous build. Generally speaking, bots are now more aggresive.
  • Soup pots, quivers, and other interactable props now repel projectiles, so they aren't impossible to interact with if they've been shot at.
  • Reduced the blocking skills of bots.

Main Features:
  • Added a new map: Risto by Klassix!
  • Significant updates to Ruins of Basamu, Mecalovea, Fort Zona, Loberg Castle, and Norheim.

Bugfixes:
  • Fixed a memory leak issue related to healthbars.
  • Fixed the UI for map selection at the end of the match running out of the screen.
  • Fixed the increased respawn timer not resetting properly between matches.
  • Crash several serverside fixes.
  • Fixed an XP exploit where players could get XP for kills with ballistas if they quickly dismounted their ballista after shooting a bolt.
  • To reduce a particular server crash caused by Native code, cavalry on the __invasion side only__ has been temporarily disabled. Once this bug is fixed by TW, cavalry will be re-enabled.
  • Fixed a certain Khergit bodyguard class not having a melee weapon.
  • Fixed an issue where the match would continue for a short while after the final bosswave was killed.
  • Fixed an issue on Loberg Castle where a flag capture box was visible on the gatehouse.
  • Fixed an issue where sometimes bosswaves would end before the boss was killed.

Balance changes:
  • Made a lot of tweaks to classes to ensure their armour unlocks in the correct order.
  • Made a few changes to class requirements, mainly related to throwing weapons.
  • Throwing weapons have had their ammo reduced.
  • Javelins now require higher throwing skills to unlock.
  • Bodyguard bots (bots that spawn alongside bosses) have had their melee weapon skills reduced so they don't all act like Neo.
  • The Derthert bosswave has had its respawn timer increase reduced.

Other tweaks:
  • The colour of your clothing is now based on your subfaction, not on the faction that was randomly selected for the player side.
  • The scoreboard UI had some very minor layout issues fixed.
  • Two new options have been added to the healthbar settings: Boss Only and Allies Only.

  • FI3 updated to Bannerlord 1.1.0. Please switch your game version to the latest stable version of the game
Additions
  • Added a new map by Sheepbitter: Trenches
  • Added UI markers for FI3 usable objects (armories, stews, arrow barrels) when holding Alt
  • Added a new class: the Aserai Bedouin Champion, an Elite throwing class requiring 20 Throwing and 15 Athletics

Balance Changes
  • Major updates to Fort Zona and Loberg Castle
  • Expanded objective handling for formation AI. Formations are more likely to engage players outside of objectives. If an objective is being captured by only one formation, that formation will not leave the objective. If an objective is captured by multiple formations, some formations may leave to engage players.
  • Ranged AI will engage and push players instead of standing in place
  • Significantly increased the XP required to level your class at higher class levels
  • Marginally increased formation size scaling after 30 players. The total amount of agents has not changed
  • Later invasion tiers can now spawn earlier in the game if there are more than 30 players
  • Removed the initial delay on invader spawns
  • Removed 100xp cap for melee hits

Class Balance Changes
  • Makeshift Sledgehammer renamed to Long Sledgehammer
  • Sledgehammer and Long Sledgehammer are now only accessible to the Vlandian Footknight and Aserai Mameluke Palace Guard (Elite classes) and the Aserai Mameluke (20 Two Handed required)
  • Imperial Akrites no longer requires Polearm skill
  • Imperial Archer now requires 5 Polearm skill instead of 10
  • Imperial Crossbowman no longer requires Polearm skill
  • Imperial Crossbowman and Imperial Archer get access to the Billhook for free (0 skill required)
  • Imperial Sharpshooter now requires 10 Polearm skill instead of 15 (which should also be easier to get with the free Billhook now)
  • Vlandian Crossbowman and Vlandian Pavise Crossbowman no longer require One Handed skill. Their weakest One Handed weapons are now available for free
  • Vlandian Sergeant now requires 5 Two Handed instead of Polearm
  • Vlandian Honorguard now requires 8 Polearm and 8 Two Handed instead of 10 Polearm
  • Khuzait Khan's Guard now requires 15 Bow skill instead of 20

Fixes
  • Servers will now startup on a random map. This is a temporary patch until we can fix servers crashing on map change with large player counts
  • Fixed female player character models not showing correctly on the loadout panel
  • Fixed framerate drop related to ship movement on Fort Zona and Coastal Cliffs
  • Fixed crash when a controller was connected. Controller users have native functionality, but FI3 UI may not be fully compatible. Mouse and keyboard is strongly recommended
  • Fixed the additional Alt information not making use of changed keybindings
  • Implemented mentalrob's 'Not All Players Ready' fix for players who cannot join an FI3 server. Please let us know if you are still encountering this issue while trying to join an FI3 server
  • Fixed a crash for XBox Gamepass players on startup (related to the folder that the binaries were stored in)
  • Fixed several mid-game related server crashes
  • Removed assert popup for SynchronizeMissionObject that was frequently encountered while leaving a server
  • Fixed AI not charging after capturing all flags
