- Storyteller's intent factor reduced, making recruitment twice easier
- Added an option to disable storyteller's intent factor altogether
- If slave's suppression is too low (below 70% by default), pawns will instead suppress the slave
- Non-recruitable pawns will have the interaction mode automatically change to Suppression
- Added a mod icon and updated the preview image
- Tweaked settings UI a bit

Not-so-hot-fix for the incorrect compilation mode, which prevented recruitment from actually happening (thanks to Derko for pointing it out)

- Added a record for the time the pawn has spent as a colony's slave
- Opinions of other pawns are now correctly clamped from -100 to 100 for determining recruitment success chance
- Renamed "Recruitment difficulty" to "Slave recruitment difficulty" for clarity
