fixed problem with missing texture .add channel

Fixed the oremap by completely rebuilding it from scratch.
The new one is made with a matlab script.

Update v1.3:

-Lots of behind the scenes changes to filestructure, naming convention, etc.
-Changed the rocks (some rescaled, some are gone, added new ones)
-Now rocks on poles with ice texture
-New white ice texture for pole slopes
-River banks slightly smoother
-Fixed some old, removed rivers that were still present on the heightmap
-Changed grass texture
-Lowered grass size and density on black soil

-Finally figure out how to get the LODs for the trees working again

-Smaller filesize, removed unnecessary cloud files

-Rotated south pole 180° (it was the wrong way around before)
-Fixed a ton of seams in the biome map (mostly the seashore noise transition stuff)
